Expandable Graphite Powder
Expandable graphite is a kind of flexible graphite product made from the special modification of our company’s high quality natural flake graphite. It is a perfect new sealing material widely used in the dynamic and static seals of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, aviation, automotive, marine and instrumentation and so on.
After the instantaneous high temperature processing, the flake are shaped into wormlike and its volume can expand 100 to 300 times. However, this expansion graphite still maintain the properties of natural graphite. It has good expansibility, molding plastic and flexible extensibility. It is a kind of good raw material of various graphite sheets and sealed pieces, and also can be used in new protective slag, loose and porous heating agent of metallurgical industry.
