Battery Graphite Felt, we also call it Activated Energy Storage Felt, it is mainly used in energy storage battery.
CD Graphite company’s BGF is used for the storage of graphite felt. It can make the charge and discharge’s current density 2 times higher than before. And all indicators are much better than other peers’ similar products, including stable electrochemical performance, battery charge and discharge stability, good flatness and low resistance. Voltage and energy efficiency can be increased more than 30%, and no energy efficiency attenuation in the long term of charge and discharge process. Especially activated enery storage felt, in addition to the basic battery felt characteristics, it can also improve the liquid absorption rate and electrolyte utilization, and can be used for high density current charging and discharging.
Our company research and design some sets of production equipments and production lines independently, including large continuous graphite self-developed high temperature furnace. It is the first domestic energy storage graphite felt continuous production line in China.
