The tolerance of the graphite parts we produce is about 0.02 mm.Except for some simple parts like rods tubes plates and so on, most of our parts are machining based on drawings.

Large Fine Grain Graphite Square Crucible
The dimension of these big square crucibles is 600X600X650mm, it’s not pieced together, it is a whole big crucible. It uses fine grain graphite materail, ie vibrated graphite. The density is more than 1.72 g/cm³ and the grain size is 0.8mm or so. What is more, all the other items of vibrated graphite are much better than our peers.
Anti-Oxidation Treatment Crucible
In order to improve graphite parts’ life time, we researched and developed our own special coating formula, the antioxidant effect is very good. Our impregnation equipment allow to do large size products, the above big square crucible 600X 600X 650mm is no problem for our impregnation equipments, you can contact us for more details.
Small Graphite Products
CD Graphite Company is very good at machining small graphite products too. With advanced equipments and experienced mechanics, we can easily make sure the machining precision and good quality. Our machining graphite parts’ tolerances are up to +/- 0.01mm. You don’t have to worry about our capacity, we can mass produce.
